Students from across Florida choose UWF. In fact, 78.6% of our students come from the eight county service area across the Panhandle.
Increasingly, students are choosing UWF from all parts of Florida. There has been a 108% increase in non-Panhandle, in-state students in the last 10 years. As other campuses continue to grow to epic proportions, UWF continues to thrive.
Out-of-State Students
About 13% of UWF students hail from other parts of the country and the world. Virtually every state is represented in our student body as well as dozens of foreign nations. Living and learning amid people with such diverse backgrounds provide exciting cultural nuances, perspectives and opportunities.
