Check Your Application with Lighthouse

Lighthouse to Check Application Status Online

Lighthouse allows prospective students and alumni to access their personal student information. It is typically used for first-time class registration and transcript requests, but there are many other options available. For example, incoming students can sign up for orientation or check the status of their financial aid applications, and recent graduates can update their mailing and email addresses with the university.

Lighthouse Accounts @ UWF

If you are an incoming student, you automatically receive a Lighthouse account as soon as you apply to UWF. This account is permanent, so it will continue to exist throughout your enrollment process.  So, you'll be coming back to Lighthouse at different parts of the year.

Your Lighthouse Login is your UWF ID Number

We include your UWF ID for you on the confirmation of your application.  This confirmation goes out as soon as your application is first-received.  It's the number that starts... 970........

Logging into Lighthouse

If this is your first time logging into Lighthouse, enter your UWF ID referenced above.  Your PIN will be the first four digits of your birthday. For example, if your birthday is April 15th, your PIN would be "0415" the first time you enter the site.
Note: If you don't know your UWF ID, use the alternative login.

The very first time you log into LightHouse, the system will ask you to choose a different PIN for security purposes. This number must be four digits long, and cannot be the same as your previous PIN.

My PIN is Invalid

Students often forget that they have used LightHouse before and don't remember their PIN. Remember, the first time you log into LightHouse, you are required to change your PIN. If you've ever been in LightHouse before, even several years ago, your PIN is probably not your birthday anymore. If you can't remember your PIN, it's ok. Simply call the ITS Help Desk at (850) 474-2075, and we'll be glad to assist you in resetting it.
