$30 Application Fee

Application Fee is Required and Non-Refundable

Applications will not be processed until the $30 application processing fee, or a suitable application waiver, is received for the applicant.  The application processing fee may be paid via MasterCard, Visa, or American Express when you complete and submit your application. The credit card payment option is only available at the time you submit the application.

The application processing fee may also be paid by check or money order, payable to the University of West Florida. If payment is made by check or money order, please reference the applicant's full name, UWF ID, and date of birth.

Eligibility for Application Fee Waiver

Application fee waivers are available only for applicants experiencing substantial financial hardship.  Qualification for a fee waiver is limited to UWF receiving a fee waiver request from one of the acceptable sources: NACAC, College Board, ACT, or a counselor recommendation which would verify that the student qualifies for free or reduced lunch at their high school.  These paper/emailed waivers can be submitted directly to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions through whatever means necessary.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept first-person accounts of financial hardship, but all prospective students are encouraged to contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at admissions@uwf.edu or by phone at 800.263.1074 to discuss the possibility of receiving a waiver.
