- Upgrade Instructional Technology in the Mainstage Theatre ($70,100)
- Upgrade classrooms at the FWB Campus to eClassrooms ($144,000)
- University Digital eClassroom Standard: The Model Classroom ($75,000)
- Library - Microsoft Surface Interactive Table ($13,500)
- Upgrade classrooms to eClassrooms ($502,584)
The following Systemic Projects were funded in 2011:
- Purchase of 25 laptops for students to check out from the Pace Library ($32,076).
- Purchase of 16 computer workstations for students to use in the Pace Library (36,497).
- Upgrade Communication Arts television studio from analog to digital ($150,000).
- Add 10 computer workstations to the School of Science and Engineering tutoring lab ($15,503).
- Purchase 5 laptops, voice and speech recognition hardware and software to enhance the Student Disability Resource Center ($9,800).
- Purchase of 9 laptops, 2 large monitors, and associated furniture and equipment for the Emerald Coast Learning Commons ($60,007).
- Install a ArcGIS Server to enhance the web-based Geographics Information Science curriculum ($8,150).
- Purchase of 10 laptops and 13 computer workstations for the newly established Military and Veterans Computer Center ($79,090).
- Upgrade instructional technology in the Writing Lab to eClassroom standard ($38,600).
- Upgrade 4* generally scheduled academic classrooms to eClassroom standard ($144,000). *Due to limited funds, only 4 of the requested 10 classroom upgrades are available for funding.
The following Systemic Projects were funded in 2010:
- (Skylab) An Instructional Technology and Information Literacy Center: Multimedia Work Stations and Media Conversion Center in the UWF Library ($167,933).
- Funding of plan for regular and consistent replacement of computers in existing computer labs ($153,703).
- Purchase of Cambridge University Press eBook Collection 2007-2009 ($73,967).
- Upgrade to eClassrooms ($216,000).
- Extension of the current operating hours of the Commons to 24/7 ($47,536).
