HURLBURT FIELD STAFF

1. UWF is located in Bldg, 90220, office hours 8:30am - 4:30pm.

2.  UWF provide a full range of services including assistance with admissions, registration, drop/add, and advising.

3.  Advisors are available by appointment.  Please call 884-2723 or 863-6569 to schedule an appointment.

4. The VA Representative will be at the Fort Walton Beach Branch Campus  every 1st and 3rd Friday  from 9-3 p.m. on a walk-in basis. Call 863-6569 for more information.

5.  Tuition Assistance (TA) information and other educational benefits are available at the Education Center (884-6002).

 

SERVICEMEMBERS OPPORTUNITY COLLEGES

UWF has been designated as an institutional member of  Service members Opportunity Colleges (SOC), a group of more than 1500 colleges and universities providing voluntary post secondary education to members of the military throughout the world. As a SOC member, UWF recognizes the unique nature of the military life style and is committed to easing the transfer or relevant course credits, providing flexible academic residency requirements, and crediting learning from appropriate military training and experiences. SOC has been developed jointly by education representatives of each of the armed services, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and a consortium of 12 leading national higher education associations. DIRECTIONS TO HURLBURT EDUCATION CENTER FROM MAIN GATE
 

Enter the Main Gate off Hwy 98 and proceed straight on Cody Avenue. You will pass Aircraft Park on your right. Continue straight on Cody Ave. and turn right at the third street (Lukasik Ave). The Education Center (Bldg# 90220) will be on your right (884-6002).

 

DIRECTIONS TO HURLBURT EDUCATION CENTER FROM BACK GATE
 

Enter the Back gate off MLK Blvd. Continue straight through the security gate until the road veers to the right at Tully Street.  Turn left at the first stop sign and take the next left on Lukasik Avenue.   The Education Center (Bldg# 90220) will be on your right (884-6002).
